- Form a depression at the center of the bowl and gradually add the milk and start kneading to form dough.
- If the dough is not yet formed well…add a few tablespoons of water as you continue kneading to form a sticky and soft dough.
- Smear the remaining butter on the dough and cover the bowl with a clean cloth to allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
- Into your favorite pan..add about 2tbsp of cooking oil.
- Pour the chicken breasts and add your spices; black pepper, garlic, ginger and curry powder.
- Stir well to mix in all the flavors, add about 1/2 cup water and salt and let it cook until the meat is tender and the water evaporated.
- Add the lemon juice and set off the flame to allow the chicken to cool.
- Check on the dough and deflate it then knead it to about 3 minutes.
- Cut the dough into 2 equal sizes and form balls.
- Cover the balls with a clean cloth and let it ride for another 15 minutes.
- Into another bowl, pour in the tomato paste and tomato sauce and stir.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease your baking pan…of about 8 inches with butter and dust it with flour.
- Grease your fingers with oil and take one dough and stretch it on a clean surface with the tip of your fingers to about 1/2 inch thick ( do not roll it with a rolling pin).
- Place the stretched dough on the baking pan.
- Smear half the tomato paste mixture on the top of the dough.
- Place the chicken pieces around the pizza and add half the grated mozzarella cheese to cover the chicken pieces and the tomato paste mixture.
- Bake the pizza for about 20 minutes.
