Sometimes we find ourselves in situations that we don’t have any idea how to get out of. We find ourselves caught up in stuff that we can only ask, “What the- ?” In situations like these, God already knows what. He knows exactly how to get you out.
The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so that you can endure.
1 Corinthians 10:13 NLT: See, He will pull you out.
But sometimes we think that it is all so impossible to you. We try to put God in our shoes, we think that God cannot. We lose hope even before we ask for help. We say on our own that there is nothing that can be done.
Jesus soon saw a huge crowd of people coming to look for him. Turning to Philip, he asked, “Where can we buy bread to feed all these people?”… Then Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, spoke up. “There’s a young boy here with five barley loaves and two fish. But what good is that with this huge crowd?” ~ John 6:5, 8-9 NLT
Sometimes we get to a point where we think in this situation, I have to find a way out on my own. And that’s where we go wrong. God helps us if we admit that we can’t help ourselves.
He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound]. ~ Isaiah 40:29 AMPC
God doesn’t come to our lives as the spare wheel, He comes in as the engine- the heart of the journey. And without Him, we can’t get anywhere. He comes in as our strength- that we don’t have to strain but rely on Him.
But He said this to prove (test) him, for He well knew what He was about to do.
~ John 6:6 AMPC He already knew what He was about to do. Even in your situations, He well knows what He is about to do. But He won’t do it unless you give it up- unless you surrender.
